SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are packaged with the upmost care. They will be packaged and protected using a range of material such as bubble wrap, cardboard postage boxes or slips dependent on your product selection.

Gift boxes will be sent in secure packaging including bubble wrap inside the boxes to ensure safe delivery.

All orders will be posted via Australia Post and shipping times will vary dependent on location as well as the shipping times shown on Aus post website Domestic delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au).

If you require express postage please select this option at checkout- this will not fast track the actual making of the product which is currently 3-5 business days once order is recieved.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Of course we intend for all orders and products to be recieved in perfect condition but if an unfortunate situation arises where it arrives damaged or broken we will look at a refund upon recieving picture of condition of the product.

We do not accept exchanges or change of mind.
